The Atelier is the simplest home in the range. There is nothing to unfold — it arrives as a finished, self-contained studio of around 13.5 square metres, ready to be levelled and connected to services.
Inside, a kitchenette, a full bathroom and a flexible living-sleeping space make it a genuine room of one's own: a home office, guest studio, weekender or quiet retreat at the end of the garden.
Small footprint, real presence.+
Compact does not mean compromised. The Atelier is fully fitted — durable flooring, double-glazed windows, soft-close joinery and a proper bathroom — so it feels like a considered space rather than a temporary box.
There is no unfolding step, but the delivery vehicle, lifting method, supports, services and completion requirements still need review. A compact footprint does not establish access to a tight site or permission to occupy.
