How ModuHaus verifies product information.
This methodology explains how product dimensions, layouts, starting prices, images and limitations are turned into a clear public record without overstating what remains supplier- or site-specific.
Evidence hierarchy
Written records lead. Assumptions stay visible.
A product page is a useful starting point, not the project contract. When records disagree, the uncertainty is retained for written confirmation instead of being presented as settled fact.

Current supplier documents
Written quotations, inclusion schedules, specification sheets, warranty terms and certification evidence are treated as the primary product record when they are current and attributable to the relevant supplier.

Dimensioned plans and technical references
Floor plans, transport dimensions, expanded dimensions, weights and service layouts are checked against the latest available drawing set. Conflicts remain marked for written confirmation rather than being silently resolved.

Product imagery and configuration records
Images and configuration options help describe form, finish and layout direction. They are not treated as proof that every pictured finish, fixture or arrangement is included in the displayed starting price.

Site-specific professional confirmation
Planning, building, engineering, certification, delivery and installation conclusions belong to the responsible authority, appointed professionals and current project documents. Website content cannot replace those decisions.

Language and scope
What our labels mean.
- Indicative product starting price
- The lowest currently displayed product-level reference. It is not a complete installed quotation and may not represent the configuration shown in every image.
- Complete project cost
- The broader project amount, which can include freight, placement, approvals, professional fees, foundations or supports, site work, services, installation and selected upgrades.
- Verified
- The date on which the cited product record and the material claims shown on the page were last checked. It does not mean the product or site has received regulatory approval.
- Updated
- The date the published page was materially changed. Formatting-only changes do not need to reset the underlying product verification date.
- Published plan direction
- A layout shown in the available product material. Final room dimensions, openings, circulation, privacy and service set-out still require current drawings and project review.
- Manufacturer or supplier status
- The legal manufacturer and contracting supplier are confirmed in current project documents. ModuHaus does not infer or publish a manufacturer relationship that has not been established in writing.

Engineers, designers, builders, certifiers and other appointed professionals confirm the technical work within their qualifications and project responsibilities.
Authority and site owner
The responsible authority determines the applicable pathway, while the owner or applicant provides accurate site, title, access, service and intended-use information.

These pages show visible source descriptions, qualifications and page-specific review dates. A final supplier or site decision still belongs in current written project documents.

Reading product information with the right context.
Does Verified mean a product is approved for my property?Open
No. Verified means the material product claims on the page were checked against the described record on that date. Planning, building, siting, servicing and occupancy requirements remain specific to the property and intended use.
Why can a larger product show a lower starting price?Open
Displayed starting prices can come from different supplier scopes, inclusions, finish levels and quotation dates. They are product-level references, not automatically like-for-like project quotations. Written inclusions and complete project costs must be compared separately.
Are rendered or supplier images proof of the final inclusion list?Open
No. Images can show design direction, optional finishes or a representative setting. The current written quotation, specification and inclusion schedule govern what is supplied for a project.
How often is product information reviewed?Open
Priority pages are reviewed when material supplier information changes, when a discrepancy is identified and during scheduled catalogue checks. Each page shows its own updated and verified dates rather than relying on one site-wide timestamp.
How can I report a possible product-data error?Open
Send the page URL, the disputed statement and any supporting document through the ModuHaus contact page. Material corrections are checked against the relevant record before the page and its verification date are updated.
Corrections
Material corrections update the record.
When a supported correction changes a material product claim, the affected page, structured data and page-specific updated or verified date are revised together. Historical marketing language is not allowed to override a newer written product record.
